Ballechin is the name given to the heavily-peated whisky produced at Edradour Distillery. This 6000 bottle seventh release has been fully matured in First Fill Bordeaux hogsheads.

BenRiach 15yr | Sauternes | 6.8
A limited bottling from BenRiach, this rich and fruity dram has been aged in bourbon casks before finishing off in an ex-Sauternes cask.

Caol Ila 2002 Distillers Edition | Moscatel | 8.6
This 2002 vintage of Caol Ila takes their regular smoky malt and finishes it in sweet moscatel wine casks for an extra depth of sweetness.

Edradour 2002 13yr | Marsala | 7.7
This whisky was aged for just under 9 years in a hogshead, before being finished for four-and-a-half years in a Marsala hogshead. Bottled at cask strength.

Glen Moray Port Cask | Port | 3.7
A phenomenal release by this Elgin-based distillery. Lovely ruby pink hue compliments this rich after-dinner dram. One of the most Port-forward malts on the market.

Glenfiddich 15yr | Solera | 4.9
15yo malt from three different types of casks are married together in a wooden vat, using a Solera system common in the maturation of quality sherry.

Launched in 2014, The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve is a no-age-statement release and the first from the distillery to be matured entirely in first-fill sherry casks.
